Manuel arrived and got right to work! After letting him know what I wanted he quickly assessed everything, checking with me throughout, making sure it was correct. Professional, correct tools, and knowledgeable of what's needed, Manuel was finished in no time!! I won't hesitate to call him again or recommend him to others!

Constructed new chain link gate is rusty after two months where Manuel welded the galvanized parts. It looks worse than the old gate he removed. He est $900, at completion asked for and was paid $1200. Grumpily returned with a can of spray paint to cover rusty gate. Still unattractive and this painted over will not hold up. Will need new gate constructed. Sorry experience.
Great customer service and fast response. The quality of work is impressive. Thank you Manny and team for your hardwork. Love the results. Work included 2 floors 3 rooms and stairs. Wish I had taken more pictures before moving in
We are very appy with the completed project. The workers did a very professional job. Some conversations were a little difficult because I speak very little Spanish.
Manuel is fantastic! He really took the time to make sure everything was done right. Highly recommend and will be using him again on future projects.
After some back and forth and involving Thumbtack we were able to find a resolution where Manuel reimbursed me for the paint damage on my new roof. Very happy to have this situation resolved and to move forward.
he agreed to a time and day for a quote. i waited till 25 minutes after our appointment and then text him he then said he was still 30 minutes away. he never called or text that he was running late and then tride to give me a bunch of excuses
This excruciatingly hot past late summer/early fall, Manuel took down an old chain link fence, added onto our brick wall and put up a wood fence and gates. He also dug out some landscaping and expanded our driveway with cement. Professional, pleasant, and did high quality work. I will contact him for further jobs when the time comes.
Manuel came out to our home for an estimate the same day we contacted him. We were able to get the work scheduled right away. Manuel and his team are efficient and professional. They demo’d and poured the concrete for a small driveway in less than a day. His pricing was fair. We will be hiring him again for whatever our future projects!
Great experience with Manuel & his coworker. Manuel really cares about the quality of work and even followed up a couple days later to make sure everything was good. They arrived on time — early even! That was appreciated. Great attitude.
