My condencer unit sprung a leak after a strong wind storm. Climate Control Technician looked at the damages, and He stated he is going replace the cooper piping that's damage, and screw down the condencer inside the unit to stop the unit from moving around. He didn't do any of the 2 issues. He soldered the 3 leaks, and went on about his business. Now I have to use bricks to hold to keep it from moving around when another strong wind come through. I can't risk moving it into place because that may cause another leak. I can't afford another $1,700.00. From the photo you can see the unit is not screwed down. This company inflate their cost and don't stand byhind their work.
Marlon was very professional and knowledgeable with fixing someone else’s work and helping me install a new nest thermostat.
My system blew a fuse when the weather immediately shifted back to winter weather. They responded 9:00 at night and arrived early the next morning at 9:00 am. Within minutes, they identified the problem and replaced the fuse in less than ten minutes. Their prices are so reasonable. I will be looking into their annual inspection to make sure my furnace/ac system stays up to date.
They are knowledgeable and responsive. Our heating system broke down in the dead of winter and they came out immediately and got us back on track. There yearly maintenance plans are reasonable!
I have to say this was an AMAZING experience. Not only because of the quality but because of the HONESTY! Quenard was truly a God sent because he was truthful, genuine and patient. What another company want to rip me off in, Quenard came and showed the true issue and saved me Thousands! He educated me and provided a seamless job to my commercial unit! He cleaned and did maintenance on the HVAV, provided the service quickly and even went above and beyond to make sure all was up to my standards. From receiving the estimate to final payment, communication was great, the work flawless. Really a perfect service ! I highly recommend !!
After noticing my heat was not working in my home, I reached out to Climate Control Systems and they promptly responded back to me. We scheduled an appointment for the following morning and Marlon was on time, professional, examined both indoor and outdoor units, and got my heat working again — all within an hour! Marlon also provided an additional estimate for a larger repair to consider. I had a wonderful experience with this company and I will definitely be using them in the future ~ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and 10/10
My furnace was acting up so the tech came out that same day. I really like the texts they send when they’re 30 minutes away. The problem was actually with the oil tank gauge, which the tech discovered. CCS is so responsive and professional, so I’ll continue working with them.
