Mikhail was quick in fixing the issue. There was a leakage in water softener drainage line and Mikhail fixed it. Our water mains leaked and it was an urgent situation for us. Mikhail and Mike showed up on time, and completed the job in reasonable time. They were also able to advise me on another plumbing issue that I have.

Mikhails with HandyHutch Plumbing responded right away after we reached out for a quote to troubleshoot our leaking water heater. He came out a couple hours after speaking to him on a Sunday afternoon and worked into the night to change out our leaking, rusty water heater. I was so surprised that someone was available to come out on a Sunday afternoon. He was professional and took the time to diagnose the problem then explain everything to us. I had 4 bidets to be fitted. They did a great job and for a very good rate. Will call them again.
Unfortunately Mikhail did a poor quality job. First of all he did not come with a simple stud finder and ended up drilling a huge hole in my wall which I will have to take care of later. Most importantly, the anchors on the TV started becoming loose after 4 days and when I asked him how to fix the problem he responded in a rude and unprofessional way which shocked me. He should improve on how to respond to customer concerns. I am sorry but I would not recommend letting him mount your TV. Do it at your own risk

I found HandyHutch Plumbing while thumbing through Thumbtack. I called to have my water heater reconfigured according to our home inspection report as well as fix our bathroom drain pipe so the drain cap would fit. Mikhail called us the next day to fix the 2 issues plus an electrical issue which was not on his schedule. He was very professional, pleasant, and patiently addressed all our concerns. Mikhail is a life saver! We got a call from teanats about a leaking toilet/bathroom floors wet in unit D which we had scheduled for 10am Friday then we get a call from unit C she has water on bathroom floor to kitchen. We reached back out to Handy Hutch around 8:30pm he met us at 10pm snaked toilet and found a wash rag. He explained everything and has reasonable prices. Not only that he cleaned up behind himself.
