Michele made the process very easy. She explained everything and answered all of our questions. She measured our pantry and closets and had us a 3D design within a couple of days. She also had the installers come out within 10 days and they were able to install our custom closets, shoe closet and pantry within 5 hours. We absolutely love our custom package and would recommend Order in the Closet! Great product, service and value!

I absolutely love my shelves. It is a statement piece as soon as you walk in the door. They matched the wood up existing furniture making the entire room look custom. I didn't think that I could afford custom work. But everything was affordable, would cost way less than purchasing from Ikea and paying someone to install. I haven't finished decorating my new home. But I just couldn't wait to put something on these gorgeous shelves. I typically never leave more than 4 stars as No One is perfect. But I honestly can't find anything wrong with the product, cost, or service.

Michelle was absolutely amazing. She made the process seamless. The design was created onsite and I was given my install date the same day as well. Michelle was understanding when I made an upgrade which did not effect my install date. The installers were prompt, professional and cleaned up behind themselves. I was very impressed that they even vacuumed the floor!! I have referred everyone I know to Michelle and love showing off my new closet!! It is everything I wanted! Thank you Michele.

Very professional experience. Came by for an on site visit and showed digital views of proposed closet. Provided recommendations and there were many opportunities to customize if I desired. The turnaround for install was pretty quick, just a couple weeks. Installation was seamless and only took a couple hours. The install guys stated she was always so accurate with her measurements and that makes it super easy for them. I am extremely happy with my closet. It nearly doubled the space!
