They did a great job redoing my closet wardrobes
The closets came up great! I would use them again in the future!
We love our closet. Thank you Cory and the team for helping us to install a new closet. They give us the best price with high quality. We are so happy when the closet is done, and it looks beautiful just like the photos. If we need to install another closet, Direct closet will be our first choice for sure 😀
A+++. Polite. Professional and super easy to work with. Nice quality. Quick response. Will def use again.
These guys are great. I have hired them twice now and will call as soon as the next project creeps up!
I have no words to share how great my experience has been with Cory & Sid. Please do NOT hesitate to hire them. Totally worth it! I was a bit worried since I had a bad experience - 2 of the 5 pros I hired on thumbtack were a disaster.
Responded immediately! Did exactly what I needed. Very professional. Would highly recommend.
Since I sent my project inquiry, Sid, representative of Closet Direct contacted me right away, offering a complimentary assessment visitation. From the start due to years of experience He could understand my needs due to what he observed of my existing clothing storage and volume. Next day he sent me a nice drawing design and the estimate. Since I hired them, the responsiveness was as quick and efficient. They made sure to have all closet ready within 3-4 days as promised. And being a great customer service understanding and considering my urgency. During and even after all installation was completed they wanted to make sure the design was perfect and tailored to my needs. Last minute I requested a modification and they promptly did happily. My highest worries were to ensure the closet would be well secured since these dry walls are so shallow and I had many issues with falling installations around the house. Experience definitely made a difference. It’s all installed very secured and solid. I felt secure with their warranty for the product and service. 5 starts product and services from day 1 to now. Highly recommend!!
Sid was great! Showed examples of what we can do and was super easy to talk to and give feedback. I 100% recommend, pricing very fair and got the job done within our time frame and budget! Thank you! 1 week turnaround!
Did an amazing job, highly recommend!
