Charlie is the nicest and his staff is professional. We had a shower floor done with some mold in the cesling beneath. He came in at a great price and his handyman showed up when he said he would. We picked out the tiles and he was accommodating when we changed things up mid project. We will definitely be using him for other projects and we highly recommend him!
Quick response and outstanding finish on my new work bench. Absolutely recommend. Will be using this service again soon. Thanks!
Quality work at a fair price Charley worked with our schedule and got job done when we needed it. Highly recommend him and his crew.
I hired CM construction to replace my back door. Tim showed up on time, was very courteous and personable, and once I showed him to the door and its replacement, he got to work right away. They gave me a great price with no haggling, and now I have peace of mind. I would definitely hire them again and recommend for anyone.
Charlie and his team did a great job on my door! We needed to add a door to separate our living spaces. So, it was quite a lot with drywall, sheetrock, and texture on the walls. It was a very professional job, and his team was courteous and friendly. I'm glad I trusted CM Construction with my project. We opted to paint it ourselves since we were thinking of changing the wall color. I am so pleased. I'm sure we'll be using them in the future.
We were on a very tight timeline to close on a house and had some lender required repairs that were pending. Charlie was very responsive, gave us a complete estimate and completed all the repairs the very next day. We found his services to be very dependable and professional all the way, especially given the short timeframe. Highly recommend!
If you’re like me, you found Charlie because of his awesome work profile picture. I’m here to tell you he’s not only the best contractor for your job, but also a honest and good man. I had previously hired a contractor known through family and friends to come in and fix some severe water/mold damage. (pic 1) Honestly, the first time my trust was so severely broken. 6 wasted weeks, bunch of lazy shortcuts, thousands down the drain and one egregious lie later I finally fired him. (pic 2) Found Charlie and his crew and of all the contractors, his quote was just right and unlike everyone else he was ready to work the very next day. Day 1: New wood frame is built and placed, and made to fit new custom windows. Day 2: Sheetrock/drywall, texture, interior paint, siding, window trim, exterior paint etc. completed. Day 3: Fixing minor defects, detailed work. Job completed Faith in humanity restored. The wall looks so pristine, I have to fix up the rest of the house to match now. Charlie and CM Construction 92 will be handling all major jobs and work from my family in the future. Thanks Charlie!
Was beyond pleased with the work that was done. Sent an Inspo pic and they brought it to life. Super responsive, on time, and so professional. Will be using them for future projects! I will attach my Inspo pic I sent and the work they actually did.. would definitely recommend them!
Omg amazing work!
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME I asked this company to convert a den upstairs into a bedroom with walls and a door. I had booked a 1 pm appointment during my work lunch hour. When the owner stepped into my house I asked him like in most Asian countries if he would take his shoes off before going upstairs. The owner told me he didn’t feel like taking his shoes off and immediately left. The owner didn’t appear upset and didn’t say anything rude. I would just advise would you want someone working on your property who displays this type of attitude. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE Don’t WASTE YOUR TIME
My experience with CM Construction 92 was very pleasant; there was always a communication going on, no guessing games and no excuses. All members of the working team/crew were very professional and knowledgeable.
Understood what I wanted done and delivered. Checked in daily on crew members to monitor progress and my satisfaction with the work.
