Chris was very responsive, prompt, and was able to complete the patio extension job as expected. I would definitely reach out for other landscaping jobs in the future.

I was very pleased with the work that was done. I needed last minute acorn pickup and lawn mowing prior to have aeration and seeding done. Chris did an excellent job, exceeding my expectations and at what I considered to be a very fair price. If you need lawn work done, call C.M. Landscaping
C.M Landscaping could improve by completing the full scope of work agreed upon instead of requiring the customer to repeatedly supervise and correct the work. I paid $945 based on a detailed scope I provided before receiving the quote. The work included mulching three garden beds, removing brush and overgrown vines, and clearing leaves, sticks, twigs, and debris from my front and backyard. Despite having that information in advance, I repeatedly had to point out work that had not been completed. The brush and vines I specifically requested be removed were initially trimmed and shaped instead of removed. When I inspected the property again, significant sticks, twigs, leaves, and debris remained, particularly in the backyard. When I pointed out a pile of debris in another portion of my backyard, I was told that area had not been included because I had not provided a picture of it and that cleaning it would cost extra. I had provided photographs of my yard and had clearly requested cleanup of the front AND backyard as part of the original scope. I declined to pay additional money for work I had already been quoted $945 to complete. I ultimately contacted Thumbtack regarding the dispute. Afterward, additional cleanup was attempted, but I then observed debris being picked up and thrown into another area of my property rather than removed. I had to intervene and specifically tell them not to move debris from one part of my yard to another. I paid the agreed balance so the transaction could be concluded, but I was not satisfied with the completed work. Debris and twigs remained afterward, including enough that guests were still stepping on them during an event at my home. For $945, I should not have had to repeatedly inspect the work, point out items contained in the original scope, prevent shortcuts, or seek assistance from Thumbtack just to have the agreed-upon work completed. I will be contacting Thumbtack regarding an appropriate partial refund.
The professionalism, responsiveness and quality of work is excellent. They cleaned up both front and back yards in a timely manner with pictures and recommended additional services. Highly recommend!
