Carlos was a delight to work with for a variety of house projects we had lined up. He was prompt and communicative and always ended with a positive note. we were juggling several projects in a short time span and he was flexible in working around the other crews. He replaced our ancient gutters, soffits and fascia boards and enclosed out carport and installed a garage door and passthrough door. He charged a fair price and got the whole thing done in ~2 weeks. Everything turned out great quality. To me one of the most important aspects of hiring a contractor is someone who is easy to communicate with and quick to understand and personable. Carlos checked every box!

Carlos was a professional in everything he did. I liked the estimate he sent, which was exactly what I paid. No surprises. I needed to add an exit for my hood in my new roof. I was happy to have a contractor do the job and was pleased with the results. His crew were polite and thorough, they cleaned up their work when they were finished. I will contact CMC again for all future work on my house. Really, was a pleasure. Thank you Carlos
Great pro for a great price. Kept all promises and the work looks fantastic. Would hire again!
We were very pleased with the work done by Carlos and his team tonight stall a tile floor in our laundry room. They got the job done in the promised time frame with exceptional quality and attention to detail. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done in their home.
Carlos and his guys replaced our tile floor after a bathroom leak. Worked hard, competitive rates, and a quality job done.
I had a small, but complicated, project. It presented some challenges, but Carlos did a great job addressing all the technical issues and brought my project to a successful end, for which I was extremely grateful!
The CMC crew worked hard on my project that was more than a simple French door install due to dry rot and bug damage. Over 3 days, everything was complete. Install, drywall work, molding. They always left the site clean and they hauled away all construction materials plus my old sliding glass door. I’m more than happy and would hire them again for sure.
They installed beadboard and trim in a bedroom and painted the board/trim. I’m thrilled with the quality!
Made time to come right out and explained what and how they would complete task. worked it into schedule in just a couple days! Kept with estimate.
Carlos is my new go-to construction guy and I trust him with my life!! He has helped fix multiple mistakes made by other contractors, and really cares about the quality of work produced. I will definitely be using him for all my construction needs in the future!
