Carlos and his team did a great job. He was very communicative and helped us save money with his recommendations. We will continue to use him in the future.
Carlos and his team replaced the floors for my rental. He did an excellent job and was able to provide solutions when met with obstacles not included in the original scoping. Carlos is easy to work with, friendly, responsive. I would definitely work with CMC Remodeling LLC again!
He did an amazing job remodeling my parent’s bathroom! I would recommend him and can’t wait to get him to our house.
Started chatting about what we needed. Just wanted to get an estimate for the work. He asked when & where I was so we could set an appointment. Never heard from him again. Found someone else.
This crew does a fantastic job! They came in to repair a botched bathroom remodel done by another company that caused a leak. They had to gut and redo the entire bathroom then repair the ceiling underneath damaged by the leak. They were here almost two weeks making sure they did the job right and it wasn’t even an inconvenience to us at all. They were prompt, professional and when I say they did an EXCELLENT job I mean just that! The quality of their work is fantastic! They are my new go to company for all my personal and professional contracting needs!
He had a tough job with a busy pattern. We love what he did. It completes the room
This was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend CMC Remodeling as a general contractor. They did an amazing job at my property, they arrived on time, worked cleanly, finished quickly, and the price is really good for a contactor with liability insurance. They did carpentry, drywall repair, and painting. Will use them again for sure.
He was nice however his time management needs improvement. I called to request an estimate which was agreed on a Thursday at 1000. I called the day of to make sure he’ll be at the job site by 10am, which he mentioned he would be, however, the day of he mentioned he didn’t know because he was in Chicago and he’ll call when he knows he’ll be there. I waited an hour for his call, I canceled and hired a different contractor. If he was not available or had to be somewhere further during the time, he should have contacted to let me know instead of just letting the time pass by.
He speak both English/Spanish which was convenient, he was very punctual & quickly fix my issue/problem.. The only thing was that I felt like he over charge me, however I agreed to the price initially so it’s sort of my fault… However I did/do plan on using him again, & just better negotiate a price I think is fair….
Carlos' consistent communications from the very first contact was stellar. He kept me informed every step of the way. In addition, he wanted to make sure I was pleased with the work as the project moved toward completion. And asked how I felt the work was going. Carlos demonstrated his professionalism and leadership from the moment he entered the basement and began the demolition along side his team. His team showed up everyday on time and got right to work. His team are craftsmen in there own right. I would hire CMC for future projects.
Carlos and his Guys were GREAT !!! They work fast and very thorough . Clean and precise work 10/10 ! They will definitely do more projects for us in the future . I’m recommending CMC to everyone I know 🤩👌🏽☺️
I love my bathroom! 20 years have been lifted off. Carlos and team were great, no complaints whatsoever.
Carlos did a great job, he help me in some decisions that I wasn't sure about. Awesome job
Cmc Remodeling did an excellent job. Carlos was easy to work with and did quality work re-tiling my bath wall. I would recommend and will continue to hire Cmc Remodeling for my other remodeling needs.
They can improve by responding to my numerous calls and texts for an estimate. If they are to busy let me know I don't want to waste anymore time. Days later still no response!
Carlos and Melvin did an excellent job updating my sunroom. I appreciated the fact that he (Carlos) made sure I understood what he was going and even though he had to customize my baseboards, you wouldn’t even be able to tell. He may not be the cheapest, but his work is excellent and top notch!
Carlos did a great job with my bathroom. He was always on time and kept the schedule . He will be my go to for every house projects. I will recommend him to friends and family
CMC did an amazing job remodeling my bathroom! It literally looks like a picture from a home decor magazine. All the contractors were very courteous and clean and I was consulted every step of the way as the project progressed. I recommend them with great enthusiasm!
Extremely satisfying working with Carlos. This project was a nightmare & he made it look great.
