Chad was punctual, professional and put in a really competitive bid for framing, insulating and hanging drywall in our garage. He was very responsive, answered all my questions promptly and was even able to complete some additional electrical work we had. I am happy with the finished product and would use him again

It was such a pleasure working with Chad and the CML team! They removed adhesive on our brick exterior and it is flawless! Not to mention the great shutters they installed for us as well! Very professional, on-time and an overall pleasure to work with. Also, very fair price for extremely quality work! Thank you so much!

Only wish I could have run the wires before the door was inserted. There wasn't time for this due to an extra unforeseen wire that needed to be rerouted and I did not have the 220V wire for it.

I am very pleased with the work completed by Chad (CML Construction). Chad was able to get my project completed earlier than expected. He’s very knowledgeable and answered all my questions even about other items unrelated to this job. I will definitely be reaching out for future projects and will be recommending him to friends and family.

Chad responded quickly to my request and was prompt in communicating with me about my project. He emailed me a quote and stuck to it, even after I offered to pay extra for additional work. Very professional and great work. Comes prepared.

We would like to thank Chad and his crew for the fine work they did with our siding project and the renovation of our deck. The quality of work and the cost to get it done is hands down the best decision we have ever made with any contractor .They far exceeded anything we expected and Chad is awesome to work with. They were on time, finish the job sooner then we expected and kept us up to date on everything. Also, No hidden cost !!! We will definitely use them again for other projects . I would say do yourself a favor and check him out if your in need of a contractor, You won’t be disappointed !! William Brent Dunbar

We really liked working with Chad. He was great about making the project work with our budget. The team he used to pour the concrete for our patio was not as on top of it, but Chad was super responsive and made everything right. We are very happy with the final product.
