Nick was very professional, punctual, and kept us informed along the way.
Nick did a great job. He went to my rental house to assess the stucco damage, provided a written estimate to repair, completed the work as proposed and scheduled and sent me photos of the completed repair. I will be calling Nick again when I have more work needing to be done.

Nick did a fantastic job! He applied the crown molding, repaired the cracks in the ceiling, and painted the ceilings. Definitely transformed the appearance of the house. Nick was very efficient, and provided quality work!

Nick showed up when he said he would, was pleasant, trustworthy and chugged away. He removed the popcorn ceiling areas, patched the gouges made during the removal process but left some visible high points after applying the mud. The paint on the ceiling looks good, coverage is uniform. Nick cleaned up the area, removed the debris, plastic and such. The knockdown on the walls wasn't 100% - sandstone block walls so perhaps more difficult. I'm opting to have someone address the deficiencies, probably 5/10% of the wall area - touching up//redoing areas that don't blend well, are too large or simply don't have enough material. Easy to address.
It wad a pleasure to work with Nick. He came out promptly to provide an estimate, was fair in his pricing, started and completed the job as scheduled, and did more than stellar work. I highly recommend CNC Construction and have in fact referred him to several friends that have come visit since the work was completed and were impressed. We are extremely happy with CNC and will use Nick for future projects.
Nick was great, he did an excellent job, and it wasn’t an easy wallpaper job. I would defiantly use him again.
