We hired Rashad for a dead tree removal and stump grinding. He showed up fast to assess the job and quoted a fair price so we hired him. The work was completed on schedule and to specification Rashad is also a good communicator in terms of getting quote to you and letting you know when the work will be done, etc. We recommend Rashad and his crew.

I reached out to CNY Upstate Property Management to do biweekly mowing. The original work was for them to do our small front lawn and back yard area and to cut back some overgrown vines and bushes. While this company reached out quickly and came to my house to do the work quickly, they did a very poor job. I requested that they come back to fix the issues they caused, and the owner kept saying they would do so but never did show up again. My lawn and back yard looked nothing like the pictures on their account. The vines and bushes were uneven, the grass was all uneven and looked like they’d never used a mower before. My partner has done a 1000 times better job for free with our small electric mower. I do not recommend them.

I liked the communication as when coming and how quickly able to do the job. Definitely recommend.
I was happy they could get job done but they kept delaying job or only doing part then waiting again for them to come finish. I had to clean road when they finally finished project because they left branches on the road and they still left branches from bushes taken out in landscaping so I removed. I like perfect when I’m paying the money! Also , I shouldn’t have to call if they said they were coming in two days and haven’t shown up. They should be calling or messaging me with updates before I have to do it as customer.
They replied promptly and came the next day to do some work. They also followed up on some additional work I may have done. I will use them again for other projects.
Came out and gave me an estimate. We rescheduled junk removal twice and they were a no-show. Texted to ask if they still wanted to do the job and was left on “read.”
Do what they promised. I already paid them They left the bushes untrimmed And did a poor job on the bushes they cut. On flower bed was untouched and there are still many leaves Still in the beds. They said they would come back on Sat to complete but were a no show. Maybe they will make it better as it was Easter weekend Not remotely pleased. Bob Here’s for hoping N
Rashad was always incredibly rude. I hired him to patch two holes in my stairway wall. I told him I had a piece of drywall and two different types of mud for the job. I also asked him to hang three doors. The first time he came he checked everything out, confirmed his quote and said he would be back the next day. He was either late, or just showed up without calling every single time. He never brought any supplies with him. He used a brand new spackle blade I had purchased for painting trim that was in a basket of paint supplies in my upstairs hallway, and stuck it back in there without cleaning it. He didn’t bring a tarp or any way to section off the area the first day he came. He asked me for a tarp. I happen to have two plastic tarps for painting that I gave him. Despite giving them those things, he left a mess, including both tarps filled with drywall behind and each time he came he never once brought a tarp. The second time I gave him contractor bags to use, which he used again the third time. He still left a mess every time, I am still cleaning off drywall from my railings, shoe racks my son‘s backpacks etc. When I mentioned to him using the putty knife, he said he came with a bunch. There must be some mixup, but then he continued to use it each time. When he finished up Thursday he didn’t even wipe it off, just put it back in the basket. As far as the doors he said one wouldn’t fit so he installed two. He was aware that the doors had three hinges and the old doors and the moldings only had two but when he came to install them, he didn’t bring a tool to notch out a spot for the hinges so he had to leave and come back later. We discussed ahead of time that I would run out and get more hinges so that I had enough for the three doors. He then opened a pack of three that I bought and never installed any of them. He re-used all of the old hinges and only installed two hinges on one door, and only two screws instead of three on one of them. After pointing this out to his coworker they put the second door on with the correct hinges, but left the other door with the old ones and we’re about to leave. I pointed out that the old hinges were still on the one door and the coworker agreed to switch them out. Both of the young guys he worked with (A.J. and Elliot) were very personable, and tried to be helpful. They were seemingly embarrassed for his behavior and making excuses for his rudeness. I went with the cheapest estimate and I’m gonna pay for it because as you can see in the pictures, after all that, the drywall is going to have to be completely redone. After the first coat I questioned it and he told me it was supposed to look like that, as if because I’m a woman who hired someone to patch some drywall I have never seen or worked with drywall before. I don’t understand how this guy has five stars.
