Reviews
Coastal Serenity was not hired for my shrub cutting/trimming job. Communication with them was great, but I was quoted a price 3X what I eventually paid another company. They wanted $1200 including carting debris, or $900 minus clearing up. Needless to say I hired the$300 company.
Nice person but definitely needs work on business ethics. Came by to walk to property and we agreed on price. I was then scheduled for the upcoming Saturday then 5-10 minutes before he was to arrive and do the work I get a text that he changed his mind on price and never showed up. As the owner of two companies, this is not how you do business. Proper communication and honoring your word is paramount.
So far the this company has been very professional and courteous
Do yourself a favor and hire this guy. He came on a short notice to re-mulch my flower beds. He even accommodated a small change that was a mistake on my part.
work was done quickly and professionally. very helpful working on my time line. thanks guys. will call again if i need more work done.
They did a great job mulching our large yard on short notice. I am already planning to use them for future projects. Highly recommended!
I would have selected professionalism and punctuality also if the ap would have allowed it. Dillon has been amazing and does high quality work. He a very hard worker. I would recommend him to anyone!
Good experience, guys were hardworking, did all as requested and even asked if they could work the weekend to get the job done. Provided estimate itemized accepted online payments. Not overpriced.
