Horrible company I booked two services for the daughter’s party and the second service was not provided and they only offered a partial refund not half of what I paid. Poor communication and does not speak English well I don’t recommend at all

I confirmed the date and time several days ago and I have been texting and calling 3x a time over the last 3 days. They keep saying they will get back to me with a contract and they don’t! My kids event is tomorrow and he is going to be so devastated🥲 take your business to someone that actually cares.

I hired a balloon twister for my son’s fifth birthday. I received no communication the week of or day before the event. Then, when the person was 15 minutes late, I reached out and was provided the contact info. Shortly after I got the person’s number I received another message saying the person was not coming because she had not correctly marked her calendar. It had been a part of the party my son was excited about and I didn’t find out it wasn’t happening until after the person was already late. They refunded my money and offered a free hour in the future, but I doubt I’ll use their services again.
Color Splash Events was very responsive and that was definitely very helpful! However, every single one of the balloons inflated popped almost immediately when the kids grabbed them. I thought maybe they were just being rough in the beginning, but it was clear that there was an issue with the way they were made after a while. The artist made a bunch in advance and didn’t seem to be asking the kids what they wanted, because they were all only the same 3 shapes. I asked in advance if there was a menu of sorts to choose shapes from and was told they would ask the kids what they wanted verbally, as that works for them. We were really disappointed with Color Splash.
I was extremely satisfied with the face painting service for my daughter’s birthday. She was able to stay an extra hour due to the party getting a late start. I will definitely use this company again!
Face painter & balloon artist both arrived on time and were ready to work. Both did a great job. Other parents asked for their business card as well.

They did such an incredible job at my son’s first birthday party! The kids really had fun with the face painting and balloon making services.
Company was very responsive and easy to book. Booked 1 hr balloon twisting and 1 hr of Mickey Mouse. When balloon artist arrived we were told there were 4 options that could be made- I didn’t know to ask if we would be restricted based off the artist’s abilities, so just note to ask when booking. The main issue is I ordered Mickey Mouse for a boy’s bday party and the artist came in Minnie Mouse. The nose also broke off right before they were supposed to come out, leaving the kids waiting while the costume got repaired. The costume didn’t have shoe covers so the older kids were asking about Mickey’s shoes, and why Mickey had a bow in his hair. When I brought the costume issues up to the company, they said sorry and they would talk to wherever they rent the costume from. That doesn’t do me any good. No offer of partial refund, or discount on future service. I wouldn’t rebook because I feel I was dismissed.
They were super sweet and professional. Everyone at our event loved them. Highly recommended.
The girl who worked our party was kind, professional, and sweet. She had a little boy with her who was very helpful. She made some cute balloons, some were just a bunch of balloons put together. We were hoping for some creative balloons or more animal style balloons. There were a bunch of basic ones like flowers and a snake. We got a few (maybe 3?) glitter tattoos because she was making a bunch of balloons to just put on the table. They were also late due to traffic, but I didn’t receive a call about it so I thought they weren’t coming. She started her time based on the time she got to the parking lot. Overall, it was worth the price we paid.
We could not have loved our experience more! Erika did amazing work with both facepaint and balloons. We would hire color splash again anytime!!

This was by far one of the best experiences I have had with a company. Color Splash Face Painting is top notch! Professionalism was great! Maria, who was came out for this job, was super sweet and nice to everyone! She managed to paint every child’s face and her work was superb! The kids were so happy! This was the highlight of the party. Maria arrived on time and began quickly! This was a last minute booking but Color Splash made it happen. Their prices was far better then the other ones I’ve run across. I am definitely going to use them again for our next party! The owner Paula is very responsive. She is very accommodating! I would give her 10 stars if I could! I highly recommend her! Can’t be the service or the prices!!
Alejandra showed up did her thing and was very patient with the children as they crowded her with excitement. I would book agai and again. Also, affordable!
