Reviews
Hire him at your own risk and don’t take his word that we will ‘address issues’ if you find any. DO NOT fully pay him until you throughly check his work (even if it take days to check the functionality of doors, trim, etc.) We initially enjoyed working with Dustin. But once we reported issues with his work he completely cut off communication and was very unprofessional.
This was the first time I ever hired a contractor to do a remodel. Brandon was the 2nd person I had come give me a quote and his quote was more than the first but he took very detailed notes and held our hands through the entire process. We were able to do a bulk of the demo ourselves to save some money. Throughout the entire process Brandon was constantly checking in to make sure we were happy with the progress. We are absolutely thrilled with the work they did and our bathrooms look absolutely phenomenal. We had Brandon remodel the two bathrooms in my condo and there were a bunch of other companies that wouldn't even touch the job because it was too small. I highly recommend Brandon and Colorado Premier Construction and already have him pulling together a quote to remodel the kitchen as well.
Dustin and Brandon were great. They were cheerful and did great and prompt work. I’m sorry I don’t have a photo. They transformed the bathroom to something lovely.
I am so pleased with the work Brandon did on my kitchen island extension. This company is top notch.
Dustin and Brandon were super professional and kept us in the know the entire process, they showed us their work and explained the whys. Their price was very fair, we look forward to hiring them again.
