Thank you for doing it fast and on short notice at a great price
I think Scott mentioned having used a different crew but had to call him out to caulk a missed area. Went out today and only half of that requested was caulked. I’m just going to finish it at this point. Update: Scott came out and caulked everything pictured and then some. Recaulked some nails and under the metal seam covers.
I liked Colorado Pro Roofing starting with the very detailed quote that they prepared on the roofing repair. I also liked the fact that they were willing to handle other non-roofing repairs, eliminating the need for working with another contractor. They did an excellent job all around. I recommend them and would use them again.
We had the inspector from USAA come and tell us that we had wind damage. Scott was prompt in his reply, his bid was on the money and his work was very professional.
Very conscientious and meticulous. Worked hard and steady. Very dependable about arrival times. Great explanation of what needed to be done and why. Stuck to his estimate. No (added expenses). Great job! We want him to do all our work!
Colorado Pro Roofing did an excellent job installing new gutters. They were very professional and helpful.
Very professional and well-done. They were not the lowest price, but we were impressed with the detail of Scott's quote and very pleased with the work. We were in a time crunch, but even though their previous job ran late, and the weather was terrible, they finished on time.
Scott did an awesome job letting us know what our options were and giving us a clear view of the pros/cons of each. He communicated throughout the ordering process, and the big job was completed in 1.5 days. The final product looks great, matches perfectly with our trim color, and fits well with the style of our house. We chose half round gutters for an old victorian.
Scott was prompt, professional and did exactly what he said he would. He came through as promised and kept in touch throughout the entire process. Can't say the same for any of the others I contacted for a quote.
