Exceptional Service, Integrity, and Professionalism! My experience with this company was nothing short of extraordinary! What should be the standard in customer service turned out to be an exceptional experience. From beginning to end, everyone was professional, efficient, compassionate, and genuinely empathetic to my situation. They stood by me throughout the entire process, even communicating directly with the power companies, keeping them informed of the repairs, and handling the coordination so I didn't have to. What impressed me most was their honesty and integrity. Unlike other companies that tried to upsell me on thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs, this company recommended and performed exactly what the power company required to restore my electricity. Nothing more, nothing less! In a time when it can be difficult to find businesses that genuinely put their customers' needs ahead of profits, this company demonstrated that integrity, compassion, and ethical business practices still exist. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone seeking honest, reliable, and professional service. They didn't take advantage of my unfortunate circumstances; instead, they helped me through them. A company with genuine scruples is a rare find, and this one deserves recognition!

Colson's got right on my problem. I couldn't get power restored until a repair was done and they shared my sense of urgency. The outcome was about the best I could hope for, under the circumstances. I highly recommend!
This company is the best! they responded asap and came to fix my issue the next day. The quality of service was superb and they were very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend them.
Steve was able to make it to my house very quickly following Hurricane Michael. (I called on Saturday, he had me connected by Tuesday). This was all after I was unable to reach 7 or 8 other local electricians. I should also mention that I live in Panama City. He was professional and courteous through the whole experience. Additionally, he took the time to take two other jobs in my neighborhood with out prior knowledge and got them connected! Steve was a pleasure to work with, and I will definitely hire him again!
