Puedes escribirlo así en inglés, claro pero profesional: Everything started off well and the estimate was provided quickly. However, I have reached out multiple times because my insurance company is requesting a more detailed invoice, including a breakdown of the labor, hours, and other charges. I was told that the updated invoice had been sent, but my insurance company still has not received it. I followed up several times to try to understand what was happening, and unfortunately, my messages eventually stopped being answered. Better communication and follow-through would have made the experience much better.

Reviews
I had a great experience with this company. Super professional, I will use them again.
He said he could start in a week and then never even ordered materials. After 2 full weeks of waiting and him being rude and refusing to update me I asked him for proof he even ordered the materials and instead of providing anything he just cancelled the job. If you want someone reliable and trustworthy these guys are not it.
Cameron and the Colt team did A+ work. They came out and fixed our back door which had a ton of issues. I would 100% work them again and refer them to anyone needing door work done.
I loved working with Colt for window installation. Very honest, competent, professional and easy to work with. I will definitely use them again.
Great experience. Very responsive and did quality work.
They were very professional and arrived on time. Provided me options on how to fix the door.
super satisfied with the work. turned into more work than expected but they pulled it off actually want to use them for a few other projects. i
Great work! I love the wall mounted TV entertainment unit. And I will use your services again in the near future!
Highly recommend!! They got us in quickly and fair pricing!!
Cameron was quick, responsive, and honest. I thought I needed a new sliding glass door installed for $1600. He fixed it like brand new and saved me $1500!
We haven't finished the project of window repair. But I asked them to replace all the windows of my home after seeing the result of the first two. The old windows seemed to have never been taken care of since the construction of the house. I was even afraid of opening them. The new windows feel very clear and clean. So, instead of just replacing the glass units, I wanted to have all new windows. The project was paid through Klarna, which allows zero interest payments in installments. So, I can stretch the payments over several months.
Colt was very professional and did what was best for my situation. I have a strict HOA. I highly recommend him and his company for any repairs.
We never received any estimates.
