Outstanding sales. Outstanding installation. Will use again.
Rob did an excellent job. He replied to my message within 1/2 days and was able to schedule me right away. He let me know he was running early and I was ready, so the carpet was repaired beautifully and you can’t even tell.
Excellent customer service and very reasonable pricing. Very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting with the selection and placement of carpet for our stairs. Highly recommend.
Good communication on arrival time. Agreed on a price and fixed the carpet on the spot. Highly recommend
Robert was quick to respond confirming appointment, was on time, and did great work. Highly recommend !
Overall good experience, only issue would be the clean up wasn’t good. ( sharps left on carpet, had to vacuum shards of carpet left behind.
Rob did a wonderful job restretching our family room carpet. He is very skilled and does high quality work.
Robert came quickly (inside an hour) and knocked out the job. Good guy. Clearly experienced with carpet. Thanks Robert.
Excellent responsiveness and communication. The living room carpet restretch looks great and was done quickly, professionally and at a very reasonable rate. Thanks so much for making this a very easy process!
