The technician was VERY Professional & Kind! On the contrary, I felt like I wasted $49 service charge for them to come out try to really just sell me their home warranty package & then grossly overcharge me thru their quote bc I didn’t sign up for that package. I didn’t hire them, I honestly felt scammed.
🚩🚩 lot's of these in the way they try to do business. I dont have time to write a detailed review only for them to argue in response. Just know you've been warned. I assume their primary customer base are the same type of people who would get premium air in their tires and blinker fluid when they go to get their car's oil changed

Quoted me $170 if I provided the parts talked me into $20 subscription then quoted me over $300 on the day the work was scheduled to be done. The people are very nice and come out almost immediately but not very happy about the price change.
They were very resourceful and reliable in all of my needs! I continue to contact them for a lot of things where I’m not out of pocket for everything, they just let me know the issue and if I decide to fix it or not. I like their honesty.

The lady I spoke with said she wasn't sure if they still work on RV's and that she would call me back in 10 minutes to let me know. Of course, I never heard from her again and since this was the second person I've had an issue with since yesterday, I'm not liking Thumbtack!
