Used Nick speck for furnace installation. Process started out positive and gradually became negative. Poor communication, missed appointments and repeated failure to acknowledge emails, texts and voicemail.

Very easy to deal with. My hot water tank died and they were able to get out quickly. Very professional. Will definitely use them again.
He responded to the request quickly and the price for installing a replacement hot water tank was a bit lower than the other estimate. He was then able to do the job fairly quickly.
No show for appointment, when contacted stated “lost track of time”. Would NOT recommend.

Was to be at my home 11:00 am ,called him 1:30 pm said he was coming it’s 4:30 no show
So far very pleased with work done installing of an inducer and control board for my older furnace. Came out on a Sun accessed the situation and got to work on Monday morning. He even fixed a broken piece another estimator did to drive up his price! Highly recommended.

This person did not follow through on his appointment. Specifically asked if he came to Stafford. He assured he did and also assured me he worked on an oil furnace. When I tried to confirm he was coming earlier in the day, I got no response. Sent a message again when he didn't show giving him the benefit of the doubt that he was just running late. Still no response. Later looked up some reviews and this seems to be his mode of operation.
Very very helpful during and after work was accomplished. I recommend them to any and all with household air problems.
Nick was very professional and easy to communicate with. He was very upfront about the cost and didn't try and sneak anything in. i would highly recommend him to others
