About comfortable construction llc
Comfortable Construction LLC is a licensed general contractor (WA License COMFOCL795MW) serving Redmond, Bellevue, and the greater Eastside Seattle area. We specialize in flooring installation, interior/exterior painting, general remodeling, and insurance reconstruction. What sets us apart: our founder brings a background in electronics engineering to every project. That technical foundation means we approach remodels with an engineer's eye for precision careful planning, attention to how systems interact (electrical, structural, finishes), and clear documentation throughout the job. We coordinate closely with licensed electrical and plumbing specialists when a project calls for it, ensuring every part of your remodel is handled by the right professional and done right the first time. We provide free on-site estimates, clear written quotes, and treat every property and every tenant or resident with care and respect. Whether it's a single-room refresh or a full insurance reconstruction project, we bring the same standard of professionalism and technical precision to every job.
Reviews
Great experience! They were responsive, professional, patient, and willing to start the same day. They also removed closet hardware and patched holes, which was a huge help. The quote was reasonable and lower than another quote we received. They did a great job and finished earlier than expected. We would definitely recommend them!
Doesn’t have experience mounting TV’s. Struggled a lot while mounting TV.
came fast within a few hours and did not overcharge me like others I quoted..other companies quoted m 2-3 hrs. would hire again.
Alberto is solid. Great job with TV mounting and other maintenance work. Hard working, knowledgeable, creative problem solver and did high quality work.
Great experience. He came to our house on a last-minute request and rescued us from possibly destroying our TV while trying to figure out how to mount it. He was patient and accommodating with our concerns. Overall, a really great experience for us.
Comfortable Construction is very professional and does quality work for reasonable rate. They installed a ventilation vent in one of our bedrooms. This was a simple, but maybe not-your-typical job in that it's not something HVAC companies or electricians typically do. We explained the job and asked to make sure the drywall looked good and that the vent was seated well so it would run quietly. They provided a very reasonable estimate up front with a small range for overage. They did the job including electrical and drywall work for the original estimate without any issues. The drywall work looks great and the vent runs very smoothly. This was a straightforward job that just needed to be done right, so I am glad I went to them. I'll probably go back to Comfortable Construction for more work and bigger projects.
Alberto was lovely! He fixed the bathroom light and installed a new fixture for me and did a great job! So happy to have a working fan and light in the bathroom. I'll definitely hire him again.
After 2 on-site visits, we agreed on a price, signed an agreement, and I gave a $5k check advance. Within one hour of signing the agreement, he calls me saying the project is going to cost 50% more because he noticed more details that he missed while estimating. Either he got a better job and ditched this one, or he doesn’t have enough experience to carry out painting and drywall projects. He set my project back by at least 10 days. He did return the advance payment promptly though.
Had a few electrical projects - new wall sconces, replacing recessed lights and replacing switches to dimmers. All turned out lovely!
From start to finish, Alberto was an excellent contractor. He has completed several projects for me, and most recently, he remodeled a bathroom. His quality of work and competitive pricing are unmatched. I highly recommend him to all my family and friends.
Highly Dependable. Very Reasonable prices. Alberto is excellent at his job and is great to work with in general. He is now my go to person for all repair work including electrical, drywall, etc.
Alberto is an exceptional contractor who truly stands out for his responsiveness and dedication. He tackled our electrical issues with professionalism and skill, resolving them efficiently while also installing additional ports in convenient locations to meet our needs. Beyond his technical expertise, he went the extra mile by cleaning up the work site afterward, leaving everything spotless. We are thoroughly impressed with the quality of his work and wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again for future projects. Highly recommended!
