About CoMix Coaching
Hello there! My name is Alex. I currently own my consulting & coaching business using my multi-faceted skillset for varying needs within mindfulness & career coaching. Certified in Mindfulness Coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). Coming from an intensive tech background of 10+ years within varying industries from startups to large company brand names in digital product development, I understand the importance of intentionally and crafting a life inside and outside of work and optimizing productivity. With great positivity, empathy, motivational speaking, and mindfulness techniques, I can help you accomplish your immediate and long-term goals as they relate to internal balance, meditation, creativity, finding new inspirations and applicable daily habits so that you love your life or feel like you have a safe space to share. I like to approach all my clients with patience, inclusivity, and love.
Reviews
“I wanted to transition into tech, specifically into the UX space, but I lacked confidence and knowledge on how to successfully transition. Then, I met Alex. Since day 1, Alex has been such an empowering coach and mentor to me and helped me through this major growth period. I love how I can have authentic, open dialogue with Alex. She challanges me to reflect on my experiences and think about how I can set impactful goals for myself. Through Alex's knowledge and unwavering encouragement, I've learned how to focus on being intentional and cultivate a sustainable balance of healthy habits in my daily life and career. These may seem like small changes, but I feel more confident stepping outside of my comfort zone and carry a more positive mindset to everything I do. Fast forward to the present day, and now I am a UX Program Manager, and I could have not done this without Alex. I recommend Alex to anyone looking for a coach and mentor who will empower and challenge you as you are on your journey to transition into tech!”
