This contractor texted me this: Good Afternoon I'm am going to pass on this opportunity. I prefer not to work in the heart of Norristown. I wish you luck in finding someone else. Thx-Mike I guess my 50k job was not worth his time! Would not recommend

Mike Blank and his son Mark, along with a few other workers, were very professional, quiet and respectful. They kept us apprised of what would be happening in regards to finishing off our basement. They finished in exactly 6 weeks as they said they would. When completed, they moved furniture into place and wiped everything down clean. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Responded to my inquiry very quickly, came to my house, was suppose to get an estimate but I never heard back from him.

Mike and his crew did a wonderful job. My 2 bathrooms were gutted, and totally renovated. The master bathroom, a regular door was removed and replaced with a pocket door. I highly recommend this company. I love the completed bathrooms.

Mike and his team provide excellent services. Very professional, solid craftsmanship, and a wonderful experience overall. They handled everything from tile work, plumbing, electrical, glass, and drywall. We are so satisfied with the work and service that we’ve engaged Commonwealth RE for future projects. Would highly recommend and will be referring friends and family to Mike from now on.

Made my dream come true. What I thought was impossible, Commonwealth made possible. We had a major kitchen project done, on time and on budget. Anticipating problem areas well in advance before becoming actual problems was so professionally comforting. Mike and his crew are confident, expirenced, and are welcome in our home anytime. Word up.

I had Commonwealth renovate my kitchen and they did a beautiful job. Working with Michael and his crew was great. I had several contractors give me a quote for the work I needed done and Michael by far had the best prices. He and his crew are very professional, trustworthy and easy to work with. Michael was very quick to respond to any questions we had and to any problems that arose during our renovation. I would definitely call Commonwealth for any future projects I plan. Thank you Michael, I love my new kitchen!

Mike and his son Matt were an awesome team to work with! We’re first time home buyers and this was our first time doing a renovation project, and it was a big one! Mike helped us the whole time, giving recommendations and advice along the way. It was a relief knowing we were in such good hands, always holding himself to a higher standard than even we were. We are extremely happy with how everything turned out and appreciate the frequent communication and updates throughout the project. I have already recommended them to our neighbors and will be quick to recommend them to any of my friends who have a project that needs to be done! Thanks for helping us turn our vision into a reality and give us something that we will proudly use with friends and family for years and years to come! (Befor and After pictures below!)
