Christian did a fantastic job with setting up my network at my house. My network speeds were abysmal - he fixed everything and set up an extensive system. Went out of his way both to do a good job and to save me money on it. Will 100% use again, fully recommend !

Chris helped me get my PC back up and running after it wouldn’t start due to a dead motherboard and unfortunately a dead graphics card since I messed around with my PC. After he identified the problem, he recommended that I switch cases since the original PC case I had was extremely large and overkill. He handpicked a computer case, motherboard, and cooling system, and ended up rebuilding my PC essentially. I am very happy with my new PC. You can tell that he put a lot of effort and passion into the project as if this was his own personal computer. I highly recommend Commteck for their high-quality work and knowledge.

I had gotten new parts to upgrade my pc and a lot of things went wrong during attempt 1. I reached out, first we tried to troubleshoot what was wrong via text, and got to a solution where he would need to fiddle with it in person. He was great at explaining everything and if I didn’t understand something he would go an extra step to help me understand :). Super patient and super responsive! We thought it would take a little longer, but I got my pc back two days earlier! He also helped me order any new parts I needed and let me know things I should look out for in the future which he didn’t need to do, but I’m super grateful that he did. I 10/10 recommend this service, I will definitely be returning if I have any issues in the future!

Christian was professional and knows his trade very well! He was prompt in arriving at my house. He listened very well and offered several good suggestions to improve my WiFi coverage. He took the time to check every device in the house to make sure it was connected and worked. I will definitely have him back again to help me with future computer issues. Amazing job! I had built my first ever PC and I wasn’t able to get it turned on. So I turned to Commteck and got a same day response and I set up an appointment with them through texting, which worked amazingly! They got my pc fixed and fully set up in just a few hours and they picked up the pc and delivered it to me when it was done, all in the Same day! Price was reasonable with the service provided and it was well worth it because it would have cost me so much more money and time if I had tried attempting it by myself. A+ service!
Christian was ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIC!! He did a great job on not only Repairing my screen, fixed the dent on corner from the impact when I dropped my laptop, and he even restored my window and was able to get my screen touch-sensor working again! Hes very good at communicating and getting the job done as quick as possible and very professional. I'm very happy with the service I got! The pricing was fair and reasonable!
