Never again! If you want parts of your furniture missing, scratched up, and reassembled incorrectly higher this company! I even explained to them that my entire bed was setup wrong and the owner tooo no accountability! Kept making excuses on why it was wrong, I had to call my bank to dispute the charge. I hate how you want to support your own but they fail you every time! I’m more upset about the lack of accountability. Good luck to you if you decide to hire this moving company! It’s taking a risk. I would show the text messages as well but I’m saving them for when I file my complaint with DOT. All I asked for is my money back so that I can hire someone else to come reassemble my bed. So upset because this is causing me so much inconvenience because this bed was very expensive and has sentimental value! It’s not comfortable at all anymore I have to fix the bunkie board every night because it’s not staying in place. I read another person review stating the owner was rushing because he had another job right after her scheduled move. This was my experience as well which is why the bed was assembled so poorly.
Sean and Bryan were both great. Really helped make the process painless, as painless a moving can be! Sean did a great job directing traffic and making sure that things were done properly and with care. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
Jasean and team arrived early and did all the hauling swiftly and professionally. They loaded everything nicely in a Ubox. I am impressed with their efficiency. Will hire them again for future projects.
I think that my move should have been completed in less time. Movers even made a comment before starting that I didn’t have much at all. I moved 1br & about 8 boxes. The drive was only 15m away yet the move took almost 4 hours. Also did not like how mover pressured me about his tip. The guy that I was in contact with before & after was very nice, however, I would have liked more efficient movers.
Not sure if telling me that you all were out of work was supposed to make me feel some type of way, which is very hard for me to believe when my bosses move wasn’t scheduled until 1:30pm with an original asking time of 10am but you were booked. Some responses aren’t needed and should be left unsaid to a customer.
I love them soooooo much😭😭😭 They were funny and crazy efficient, I had this insane spiral staircase in my old apartment and they really finessed it with ease😭 Yall they had my shat moved in 30 MINUTES😭😭😭😭😭 then I was moving 40 minutes away and they took the fastest way. My new apartment was up 2 flights of stairs and they got everything up here even my king size bed and my couch😭😭 and that only took like 30-40 more minutes. Me and my duckies are moved in, and happy to have chose them and I’m really not choosing anyone else to help me move!!!! THANK YOU😭😭😭
Team was very professional. Arrived on time and moved all our stuff with out any issue . They both had masks and gloves all the time of move..
They got 10 minutes earlier.. you know, punctuality is a virtue. The level of professionalism was excellent.. and they were extremely friendly, organized and fast.
Horrible experience damage funiture broken fish tank accessories no padding no supplies for the move was provided
