I called this morning and had a response almost immediately. Marcus was prompt and very detailed throughout this inspection. He took photos and explained was the problems were as well as going through the estimate and making sure I understood what was needed. If you’re looking for a company that values inspections and making sure your home is set, this is the company to call.
They responded quickly to my post looking for help getting rid of the moles in my yard. A technician came out quickly to evaluate the problem and the work was scheduled immediately and completed quickly. done They came back 2 weeks later to make sure the moles were gone. Great company to work with.
They were not able to serve me that day and found another company to cover my needs within a short period of time. I appreciate the customer service provided as well as the responsiveness of the recommended company.
I didn’t end up going with them, however they were punctual, knowledgeable, and professional during the free assessment. Quote was interactive and broken down in an easy manner to understand. I appreciate their time even though I went with a different provider.
Ty came out to do an estimate for us and we couldn’t have asked for a more someone more knowledgeable! He took the time to explain what they’d do to fix our issue (mice in the attic) and why, and our quote was fairly priced. Although we ended up going with another company, and only because they offered a few more services that we felt better suited our complete issue, I highly recommend Complete Animal Removal for any critter-related projects you may have!
They're prompt, sure, but they're egregiously expensive. I had three estimates and I'm glad I did. CAR was 2.5x more expensive than anyone else. I was appalled that quelling a mouse problem is a five digit number.
JB came out and assesed the problem. Gave me options and explained his method of getting rid of my squirrel problem.
Although I did not hire them I appreciate the fact that they came out and inspected my property to determine what type of pesky critters I had without charging me. Turns out I have mice which are covered under my pest policy. Thanks just the same y’all.
Great experience dealing with Complete Animal Removal. They were easy to communicate with, had a very competitive quote and got rid of my possums very quickly. Would highly recommend!
