Overall, I’m truly disheartened by the experience. To begin with, it seemed to be a great option. They sent picture updates and told us they went above and beyond. But as soon as the property management walked into the house, all the “deep cleaning” items they listed in their confirmation hadn’t actually been done. There was still crumbs and dirt on the floors, even though they “swept and mopped”. The toilet bowls still had rings. The stovetop was still dirty. It’s really unfortunate. If things don’t get completed, then we should have been informed and the cost should have been reduced.

The floors are still very dirty and they missed to vaccum to the carpet under the study table. I would not recommend them I suggest spending a little extra for a cleaner with good reviews.
They were quick and friendly but did not throughly clean. I wanted to get professionals to clean before Mother’s Day so my wife didn’t have to (as a gift and because she had a procedure done and shouldn’t be moving much). We ended up having to re-clean the house after they left. Unacceptable for any price but especially for $260 for less than 2 hours they were here. I feel like I was scammed.
I was very impressed with the service. Great communication and punctual. I enjoyed my experience with this service. I highly recommend!
That should move small items like trash can chair to make sure you are cleaning the entire room not part of it very bad job and to clean a house properly probably take long that a hrs
Out of everyone that we’ve hired, this takes the cake. The photos I’m attaching for review can tell the story of their “deep cleaning” service that we paid $350 for. 2 hours to clean a 3 story house that’s 4300 sqft. Should’ve known better. Paid $300 for move out cleaning and work was unfinished. Stove was not cleaned, cabinets and microwave was not cleaned either. Contacted him and sent pictures about this the same day and didn’t get any response. I was in a hurry to get a cleaner and didn’t get to read the negative reviews. Very unprofessional
They could improve by finishing the cleaning the patio and porch that they were paid $170 for one hour of work to do! If they do not respond to my request, I am contacting the Better Business Bureau to report them for failure to complete work they were paid to do!
Awful job! The floors were not mopped. The inside of cabinets were not cleaned, as promised. Walls were not wiped. I had to go back in and mop the entire apartment and clean everything What is the point of hiring a "professional" if you have to go back in and do everything yourself. They claimed to work with property managers and "know" what they are looking for. A waste of money and time. They did offer to come back and "touch up" places they missed. How do miss mopping the entire floor?! He said he would refund me $30.00 for "my troubles".
I will be contacting the authorities within 24 hours if I have not been reached. The police department have already verified there is a viable victim case. I am very easy going and understand how things can get missed but there were some very prominent areas not cleaned as well as parts of the bathroom that are very noticeable. Also, on the invoice there is an additional 25$ for oven cleaning and 25$ for fridge cleaning. These are a part of the missing items not done. I have attached photos.
