Dominque came out the very next day, gave me a thorough report of the mouse issue, sealed all the entry and exit points, laid out more traps, and saved me thousands of dollars. 10/10 would use again.

Reviews
Set up a trap for me and walked me through everything I needed to know, 10/10 would recommend.
Dominique was amazing. Imparted us with a lot of useful information to take care of the mice problem and sealed the entry points for a decent price.
these guys are scammers. I had them come out to get rid of cockroaches in two units in my building. They knew the size of my property and amount of units that needed to be treated and quoted me 200 dollars. But after completing the work they told me it would be 400. I asked if they needed to set down bait traps but they insisted that all that was needed was a spray because it wasn't an active infestation. they sprayed all 3 units in my building and around the perimeter. about a month later I spotted another cockroach in the kitchen which they had previously sprayed. I called them out for another treatment since they claim to guarantee their work but I found out this means nothing because they actually won't return your money when they undoubtedly fail to complete their job. so they came out a second time and assured me it was probably just a "one off" situation. But they still didn't set down any gel bait or traps, all they did was spray again. now here I am about another month later and I spotted another cockroach, this time in the bathroom. at this point I realized that this company is incompetent to due the job so I asked for my money back before writing this review. they refused to give me my money back despite their failure to due the job. they claimed it was only a 30 day guarantee(which is pretty useless for cockroaches) and that the guarantee was not a money back guarantee. they also made the excuse that the cockroaches could be coming in from other units which is a wild statement because I payed for them to spray every unit in the building. and to top it all off they don't take credit card, only cash or zelle, which makes it impossible for me to contest the charge. Don't get scammed like I did, hire someone else!
Very knowledgeable, and was very friendly! I would use again.
Repeat customer based on highly satisfactory service on a previous need.
This company is truly exceptional! I had Dominque (the owner) out to my house today to remove birds from two different attics. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, incredibly nice and respectful, and everything in between. I wish everyone that worked on my house was like Dominque. This guy does it right. Ma and Pa business feel and respect. This is the business you want to use for anything they do.
Highly recommend Dominique from Complete Pest Service. He was punctual, professional and resolved our issue.
Melvin has been a pleasure to work with. He came out and took care of my property and then came back out to ensure the job was done effectively after a large storm may have impacted the work. Would recommend.
Great experience with this company. They came out quickly, were professional and thorough, and explained everything clearly. They’re already scheduled to come back for a follow-up treatment, which shows they stand behind their work. Highly recommend for reliable and responsive service.
Complete Pest Control saved us a lot of money. Another service quoted us over $6,000 for services that were not needed. Complete Pest Control just charged us for an inspection and found no need for more work. It is a great relief to deal with an honest company!
Very professional so happy they removed this squirrel out my house
I had birds in my vents they cleaned, sanitized, and put protective net coverings on them to prevent them from returning. Thank you guys!
Made an appointment and then brushed it off. No warning no text no communication. Only even speaking up because I let him know I needed it for an inspection. Lets you know people aren't important.
Great experience with Complete Pest Control! They were professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. They quickly identified the pest issues and took care of everything the right way, not just a quick fix but a real solution. They were thorough, checked all areas, and made sure to seal entry points to prevent future problems. Pricing was very fair with no hidden fees, which I really appreciated. Overall, excellent service at a great price. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again!
