Every aspect of our interaction was a positive experience. Jim's initial response came promptly, and after I described the problems I was having with my vintage desktop, we agreed on a plan, completion time and price frame, all of which he adhered to. He got right to work the next day on diagnosis and possible solutions. Data backup was included and overall backup explained. After the work was done in a very reasonable time, I was given a full description of the work done and a PC that so far has performed without any of the previous problems.
