Chris showed up right on time, I was so relieved because my WIFI worked with everything in my apartment, but not my HP Laptop. I worked on it over 5 days with my network provider at 3 levels, the guys at Staples who do regular checks and an AI chat with the HP help desk. Chris solved the problem immediately. He helped me feel better about my ability to investigate all the things that didn't work through 'normal' channels. Sometimes, you just need in home help and he was great! I now have a contract to fix any problems I have in the future.
My computer decided to start working as soon as I got there but they were nice, answered all of my questions and they even gave me some thermal paste
I brought in my home computer for repair, thinking it would take at least a few days to fix/repair. Brian fixed it on the spot and I was walking out the door with my computer 20 minutes later. Thank you!

Chris showed up on time, was very pleasant and polite. We got straight into addressing my questions and Chris introduced me to Cloud based computing. This is a new challenge for me and I'm very pleased to have had some knowledgeable and experienced exposure.
