I got a new printer and I have been having problems from the beginning. I could not understand the print function, and I couldn’t understand how to copy. In addition, I could not open the cover to replace the ink cartridges. I basically could not use the machine I just bought. Jim came over promptly and figured out what was going on. I can now print, copy, and he replaced my cartridges. He is so lovely and was patient with this 76 year old woman. I highly recommend Jim. You can’t go wrong!
