Neil came in and professionally set up my new computer and printer. He went out of his way to explain everything to me and my wife. Would recommend him to anyone and everyone needing computer assistance.
Worse diagnostic service ever. Neil started out very communicative even picked up the laptop. While it was in his possession for 4 days his interactions changed. It went from a 2 day repair to, motherboard, to 1 week to 2 weeks. I requested to just return the device and he became evasive. He stopped responding and refused to give a breakdown of what diagnostic work was completed for $85. After much prompting was finally given some version of a breakdown. I have filed a formal complaint with Thumbtack. Do not use!

Neil came over faster than an ambulance at a Travis Scott concert. He fixed my HP printer which is brand new and decided to completely go offline. It required an hour on the phone with HP Customer Service and he stuck it out and got the job done for me. He also made some good suggestions on how to improve my WiFi speeds as well as where to get ink for half off. All around very happy with this genius.
My request was for MSOUTLOOK contact and email merger on my Apple MacBook Air. Neil showed up on time, was polite and courteous but knew absolutely nothing about MSOUTLOOK. Overheard him on the phone with Apple support and after about 30 minutes working with them he learned they do not offer MS support. Neil left with my not having access to my Google account due to his trying to log in to many times and it being security locked for 6 hours. Neil assured everything would be synced when I reset the account, it was not and the same issues that existed when he arrived remained this evening. As I told Neil, waste of time for both of us but a complete waste of $100 for me. I do not recommend Neil at all for any MS related issues as he in complete unknowledgeable.
