I am thrilled that I chose Julie to work with to tutor me in Excel and other Microsoft programs!! I am a complete beginner and she is so patient and full of knowledge. I work on a Mac and she is on a PC yet she knows all of the tricks and shortcuts, and she is able to "take over" my computer while she teaches me from her home, so it works out perfectly. I look forward to every lesson with her. She is punctual and prepared and has things ready for our hour sessions. I will be taking all of this knowledge with me when I find a new job so finding her was of the utmost importance. I can't say enough good things about her. Highly recommend her!!!!

I really just needed some initial advice concerning an issue with my pretty old Chromebook. I sent a message to her one evening and she called me by noon the next day. She was very nice and helpful while we discussed the issue. We both eventually agreed that I should just upgrade to a new Chromebook and that's what I am going to do. Thank you.
