Jay wired my home ten years ago for security cameras and for ethernet and WiFi extenders. Recently we have had problems with the EzeeFiber network. We had technicians out several times, and the problem was not solved. In desperation I called Jay and discovered that he has extensive experience and knowledge with networks. He immediately responded and solved the problems that others could not do. He is definitely a six star technician.

Very professional and competent. They made a complicated network/data transfer problem easy by executing the job efficiently and swiftly.
Jay did a great job and was very knowledgeable with installing our cameras he was able to make the cameras I purchased work and set them up well. Would definitely recommend.
He's very good at what he does. Got me up and running with my internet fast and professionally. Very knowledgeable. Thanks Jay. You da man
I had a fantastic experience working with Jay from Connection360. He fixed several existing Ethernet ports throughout my home and installed a brand-new one. Right from the start, Jay set accurate expectations and maintained clear, open communication every step of the way. He clearly knows his stuff inside and out, diagnosed the issues quickly, and completed the work cleanly and efficiently. To top it off, his pricing was extremely reasonable for the high quality of work provided. I highly recommend Jay and Connection360 to anyone needing reliable network wiring!
Jay was on time, prepared, and knowledgeable. He helped guide us through the camara placement, installed our system, and made sure we understood how the system works and set it up for us. He was also affordable. I would highly recommend Connectech360.
Wonderful hire. Would easily hire again and already recommended to friends. He fixed multiple problems the last camera guy made. He was punctual, honest, reasonable price and incredibly knowledgable.
Jay was very professional, he took time to explain to me exactly what he was going to do. He installed 4 outdoor Google nest WiFi cameras and 1 Google nest front doorbell camera. Prior to hiring him for this job, I had consulted with 4 other pros for the same job and they all said what i wanted done was near impossible. He was even able to complete the same job for my neighbor when he was done with mine. Will definitely use him in the future.
Excellent service and professionalism. My home network came out just the way I wanted
Jay did an outstanding job setting up my Ubiquiti network. He showed up right on time, was professional throughout, and clearly knows his craft. What stood out most was how efficiently he worked while still taking the time to make sure everything was configured properly and performing at its best. Since the install, the network has been running flawlessly. Coverage is strong, performance is exactly what I was hoping for, and everything just works the way it should. If you’re looking for someone reliable who actually knows what they’re doing, I highly recommend Jay. I would absolutely hire him again.
Technician “Jay” was professional, courteous and very thorough in his assessment of my home network needs. He communicated his understanding of the job prior to arriving and maintained an open dialogue throughout the project, to include recommendations that ensured my expectations were met. I will certainly request him for any follow up home network projects and give my strongest recommendation to others for a thorough professional finished product that exceeded my expectations. 5-Stars
Jay was the best! Can’t say enough good things. He came and did a consultation and helped me go through my options with Unifi equipment. He had to do 3 drops and 2 ap’s with an entire box setup in the closet after moving them from another closet on my 2 story. It’s a beautiful setup and I really appreciate his work.
Jay was amazing from start to finish. Gave great recommendations on a similar issue I had. This is your guy so look no further!
Jay was awesome, exceeded all expectations. Got the job done perfectly. Highly recommend.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Great value. I had my security cameras , home wifi all connected. One year down, all working without any issues
Ran multiple cable runs through our weirdly shaped attic. Also was able to install our doorbell without going through the interior wall for wiring. Also not pictured but installed 3 other cameras with no major issues. Would recommend.
Outstanding service! Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. The installation was clean, the cameras are perfectly placed, and the picture quality is works day and night. Highly recommend for camera installation!
Jay was very professional and respectful to me from first meeting him before I decided to hire him. He listened intently to my needs and didn't try to sell me his more expensive cameras but told me what camera I would need to purchase for my needs. He saved me hundreds of dollars on the camera. After dealing with him, I can understand why he has the top rating on Thumbtack for what he does. His communication prior to my camera being installed and afterward was OUTSTANDING!!! With his easy-going demeanor, if one can't feel comfortable with him, then there is something wrong with you. Jay, thanks for your sincere honesty and superb installation of my Reolink Camera.
Jay is the real deal. He ran 13 Ethernet cables (interior & exterior) through my two-story home with precision, care, and professionalism. His quote was spot-on, his work was clean, and his communication was transparent from start to finish. He respected all my preferences and never upsold. Throughout the process he explained every drop, and went the extra mile to avoid intrusive drilling. Even stayed late to help resolve an unrelated issue. He even left enough slack for me to custom hook up to my complicated network set up in my network room! Quality work, fair price, 1-year warranty. If you want it done right, hire Jay.
I appreciated the quick and fast response. Same day work and no complaints. Price was not the cheapest but it was fair given the circumstances. I will be using him again next week for my next cameras set. Once again the price was fair but the professionalism was priceless.
