Shawn got back to me almost immediately, pricing was extremely reasonable for the service provided compared to others, and he was very sweet and polite man! He and I worked together as a team for 23 years before he had to quit working due to health problems in 2014. I have 35 years of experience installing floor covering and doing any repair work and restretching related to carpet. I am very detailed in my work, and I get a lot of satisfaction leaving a job looking great and with the customer being fully satisfied. I don't take any shortcuts on my jobs, and I want it to look like I would have it in my own home. I talk to customers well and explain the work, and answer any questions they have. I want them to be fully satisfied when I leave their home. **Also, If I install new carpet the rooms need to be empty with no furniture in them. I only do empty installs of new carpet. I accept Zelle, cash and checks made out to Shawn Conner, and payment is due upon completion of the job. ** My minimum charge for a small carpet repair is $110.00. ** The base price for restetching carpet is $150.00 ( bedroom ~ hallway ~ master closet ) ** Bigger jobs are priced by what needs to be done. *** MY BUSINESS HOURS ARE MONDAY THRU FRIDAY FROM 8:30 AM TO 4 PM. Conner responded very quickly and fixed a fraying carpet at a bathroom transition that’s been getting worse and worse. He installed a transition strip and restretched the carpet. It looks great.
Great experience! Would hire again. Previous contractor didn’t put tack strip down when adding wood floors and between dogs and traffic the carpet had come up and was a mess. Within an hour 4 doorways were fixed and looked like new! Shawn was super nice and professional and right on time and I was able to schedule him the night before. Before and after, including the culprit.
Excellent, quick work. Installed in the closet and fixed a small patch near another doorway in about an hour. Shawn offered great guidance on matching existing carpet. We found a best match at Lowe’s for our tight timeline. I would absolutely recommend to anyone and Shawn will be my first call if we have any carpet issues again.
Conner Carpets was on time & did great work! We asked him to stretch carpeting that had sagged & bunched up in our main TV room & it looks so much better. We also had foundation repair that required our carpet to be cut, & the repair was done in the first picture attached here. You can barely tell that it ever was cut. Overall, a great job done for a very reasonable cost. Thank you!

Shawn did a fantastic job repairing some of our damaged carpet! When I sent out the job on thumbtack, he got back with me within minutes and offered the most reasonable price for the repair. Our carpet now looks brand new, as if the damage never happened! He was professional, responsive, punctual, and got the job done with high quality! Cannot recommend enough!
