Re: Bathroom renovation. It’s not often one comes across a contractor who is both extremely knowledgeable and completely responsive to your needs. In addition to cautioning me about making structural errors Gui guided the right direction. The workers were prompt, communicative and tidy. I am very pleased with hiring this company and will do so again.

Hi I know I am limited to 3 choices, but GUI is a true professional and added so much value to the job. He explained everything that he was doing and offered his thoughts and suggestions which were very helpful. I highly recommend him for any work you have. He made us feel like family. He is so honest and transparent and fun to work with. I plan on using him again. Thanks Mike and Ann
All good, good quality work, quick turnaround, would recommend!
My experience with Construconn LLC - Custom Construction was great. They were very professional and personable and did the job perfectly. If I have any future projects, they will be my first call.
Gui is very responsive to our needs. His workers are courteous and neat. The workmanship is superior. Communications are above my expectations. Gui has great ideas and on top of that, he is an extremely kind person.
Gui is the guy! VERY responsive, responsibile and pleasant. A refreshing change from the stress that one usually associates while dealing with contractors and home projects. His all 5 star reviews are well deserved.
I am so very very pleased with Gui’s work. I had a large hole in the ceiling of the garage. The response to my request for an estimate was immediate. All of my questions about the job were completely answered. The workmanship is of the highest quality as were the materials. The price was extremely competitive. Gui left the garage cleaner than when he arrived. I cannot say enough good things. highly recommend!
Did a super job - and was excellent in his communication.
Gui did an excellent job in repairing our kitchen ceiling that was damaged due to a water damage at a fair price. He was pleasant to communicate with and very friendly. We were concerned any repair would be noticeable but he assured us it would not, and he was correct! Just like new!! Will definitely keep his contact for the next project. Don’t hesitate
Gui was a pleasure to work with when I needed a custom door installed that the previous homeowner had removed. He takes pride in his work and is very personable. I am having him start on another project for me today, where he will be painting our kitchen cabinets.
