I found the carpenter to be very skilled and professional. He worked with me to resolve all my concerns about rebuilding my deck and replacing some trim boards in a timely manner. I am going to hire this company again to help me make other home repairs in the near future.

Repaired and replaced millwork and trim on our commercial condo. They were responsive, put good effort into identifying the correct scope of work and performed the work with high quality. There was a missing piece of trim in an obscure location that was not noticed but they came immediately and replaced it when notified Highly recommend Construction Tech.
At the end of the day we did not end up using them for our project… Not because he wasn’t fantastic!
I haven't got the work started yet but the contractors have been polite and professional so far.
Corey was great to work with. He was flexible with the job, which had some tricky aspects, even making some of the wood trim himself, customized to the situation. The work was done to a high standard. All my interactions have been professional and respectful. I would work with Construction Tech again.
He hires drunks and drug addicts off Craigslist and lies to you about it. Bottom line. This guy is a bullshit artist trying to extract the most amount of money out of you and he could care less if the job is done right or not. You have to be on his ass 24/7 to make sure he’s doing the job right. One of the worst mistakes I ever made was hiring this Bozo.
They did a great job prepping the wall and installing the new partial foundation. They squeezed me in as best they could on short notice, and made sure everything was sealed up for the time it needed to cure. Thanks for a great job.
We were excited that Contruction tech came out as fast as they did. The work was done in half the time we thought it would take. It was great to check that project off the list!
Brandon was great to coordinate with and Dave did excellent carpentry. Scope of work included installation of butchers block with legs and trim work on the island. Crown molding was added on the cabinetry. Will absolutely be hiring and recommending their work in the future. Thank you both!
Brandon was very easy to work with. He was open and honest. He told me he was very busy but never forgot about me. The repair was done professionally and looks brand new. I will be sure to use Construction Tech again in the future.
