Erich was so helpful and accommodating! He explained things so I could easily understand what he found. He also offered suggestions and tips on how to handle some of the minor things that needed to be addressed. He seemed very down to earth and honest! I would highly recommend him! He also provided a very detailed and easy to read report with photos.
Eric’s very thorough, everything that was mentioned in the summary walkthrough was highlighted well in the PDF.
Great inspection experience. Erich was very thorough and walked us through all of the things he found in our house. He quickly sent an inspection report with pictures and descriptions. They even coordinated with the sewer line company to schedule that appointment for the same time! Easy and a great value for all the services (radon test and full inspection using moisture meter, heat mapping, etc). Would recommend 10/10!
Erich did an excellent job inspecting the home. He is very knowledgeable and professional. His attention to detail is unmatched! I would highly recommend Erich and constructspec to anyone looking for quality top notch home inspection!
Erich was extremely helpful when it came time for us to get our home inspection done. He was able to squeeze us into a tight schedule and thoroughly explain what it is they look for in the inspection. He was right on time with the time slot that was set up and walked us through the home to show us the things he found. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get a quality home inspection done.

Erich was amazing to work with and took extra time to talk with me about issues and all my options. Highly recommend to first time home buyers too!
Erich was awesome. He was very thorough with the inspection and provided us with a very detailed report. Highly recommended
Erich at ConstructSPEC was punctual, professional, thorough, very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and hands down offers the best value. I could not recommend this company more, and my husband and I have been through several inspections before. We received a very clear and detailed report that was emailed immediately after the inspection. It has photos and clear explanations. We felt extremely comfortable and confident with his inspection. We only wish we had found this company sooner! Thank you very much. Very pleased. A+ company for sure.
