Reviews
Jason was excellent. Explained everything to me in a way I could understand and walked me through all options for the work I needed done. Will be keeping him as my go to plumber from here on.
I needed two toilets installed fast before move in after they were removed for a flooring install. Jason was able to come next day to ensure we got them installed before our move in day. He was very responsive and did a great job with the install.
I highly recommend Jason Cook! I had an unexpected bathroom pipe leak, and Jason responded immediately and came out right away. He quickly identified and fixed the issue and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. Excellent service and a job well done! I will definitely request him again if need be!
Great experience overall. He showed up right on time, explained what needed to be done and went over the cost upfront before starting. He replaced our garbage disposal quickly, kept everything clean, and did a great job. Really appreciated how straightforward and professional the whole process was. Would definitely recommend.
He came out on a Saturday morning to help and fix our leak. We will definitely be calling back for all our future plumbing needs!
Jason did an excellent job. He’s Efficient, and works hard, quick, and does great quality work for a decent price!
I had a sewer line clogging issue; after his fix, the same issue occurred again in two weeks.
Jason is GREAT! I contacted him on Saturday at 5pm and he was at my house on Sunday at 8:15am. 30 minutes later, all 3 of my bathroom sinks were unclogged. If I ever have plumbing issues in the future, I will contact Jason first.
I was very happy with the level of professionalism and quality of the work. Jason showed up prepared, was knowledgeable, and made the process easy. I would definitely recommend his services.
If I could choose all 5, I would. Very knowledgeable and got the job done.
Great communicator and quick response to my questions. Came out the next morning and fixed the problems in minutes. Would recommend and use again in the future.
Jason came out quickly and fixed the issue in no time. Would definitely hire again!
Great Clean Job.
When I noticed a growing leak in my dining room ceiling, I went on Thumbtack to find a professional plumber. Cooke's Plumbing was given a rating of 4.9 and had stellar reviews - so I contacted Cooke's, and Jason Cooke quickly replied. He arrived at 2pm, and took a look, drained out the water from the ceiling, and gave me an estimate of $2500. Jason said he could complete the job of stopping the dripping, replacing one cast iron pipe, and installing a new toilet upstairs, which was the source of the leak. Since his partner never showed up, Jason had to work solo, and the job took a lot longer than we had anticipated. I can’t give more than three stars here because he didn’t clean up the mess he left behind very well, there was a lack of communication, and ultimately the bill was very high at $2500.
Excellent service!
I recently renovated the bathrooms in my older home. Encountering an issue with high flange risers in both upstairs bathrooms, I reached out to Cooke's Plumbing. Frank promptly addressed the problem the following day. The team's swift response, expertise, and professionalism left a positive impression. I plan to rely on them for any future plumbing services I may need.
Jason Cooke is great. He arrived promptly and did his best to correct a leak in my kitchen faucet. It became obvious that the faucet was worn out, so we agreed on a new one. He finished the job and left everything very neat. I was pleased with what he charged, and I recognized that it was nothing like a bigger company would have charged. Will hire him again, for sure.
