Very happy with their work. Will be hiring again for sure
Highly recommend this company. From the service call, to installation - great customer service. Split unit was installed within 24 hours of a receiving a quote.
We have a 1927 historical Schoolhouse with a sophisticated split system and Jacob was persistent and determined even though it took a few attempts to have everything functioning as it should. Even with 12 foot ceilings and temps in the high 90’s we now have a perfectly running HVAC system and each room has well balanced , comfortable temperatures. I’m sure the needed repairs will be make a difference on our electrical bill as well. Our puppy Caesar gives Cool C 5 paws up and so do we!
Good work!
I would recommend without reservations this company for whatever you need. I am completely satisfied and would refer all of your inquiries to this company and I am a tough customer to please. I honestly think they get 10 stars. Half down to start and hall down when completed to your satisfaction. They left the place cleaner than it was going in. Hire them today and if they are booked I can tell you they are worth waiting for 🥰👋🏾
This team is probably one of the best in the Charleston area. They’re honest and don’t oversell. The work quality and attention to detail were spot on.
We had mini splits installed. The guys were super to work with, stayed to work through a part malfunction then came right back out the next morning to finish. I wish I had done the work sooner. I am extremely pleased and glad my bonus room is finally cold. Highly recommend and would use Cool C again.
Don't hire anyone else! You won't find a better price and he didn't try to over sell. Calvin was very transparent with the work that needed to be done, the price and the schedule. His team was professional, respectful and efficient. We had an old split system heat pump replaced, they completed the job in a few hours, including removal, installation and clean up. Thank you Cool C HVAC! We will be calling you for all of out HVAC needs!
Very professional from start to finish. Always on time and maintained a very clean worksite. Very nice to work with a company that provides such high-quality work.
