Very easy to schedule. Got back to me right away. Carlos was very professional and explained everything well, demonstrating how they test AC units and where mine had a problem. He did not try to push any other work , just what was really needed at the time but suggested future maintenance and scheduled a complimentary tune up in the Spring. I will definitely use Cool Guys again. Carlos was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
Carlos did a great job explaining the possibilities of what was wrong with the unit and how he would proceed to diagnose the problem. He figured it out really quickly and the AC was back in business in no time. Thankfully it was just a capacitor that went bad after many years. Great job and quick response.

after consulting with 3 different companies, Cool Guys found the furnace unplugged and the blower capacitor outside of the unit and not wired to the motor. It appeared as if someone tried to repair but stopped they installed a new capacitor and verified the blower and control operated. they also inspected the AC unit and found the High voltage power turned off. they FIX IT!
