Reviews
I found Randy and team on thumbtack and he quickly became my go to professional for all my AC needs. He has taken care of my cooling and heating needs for 2 houses now and I continue to use his services. His prices are extremely fair, his service is always professional and he always has a funny story to tell. I highly recommend him and his services!
Randy went above and beyond. First, he filled up the system with refrigerant so we would have cool air until he was able to replace the coil that was leaking. After the new coil came in, he replaced it and made sure nothing else was leaking. Then he filled it up making sure the system was cooling to the proper temperature. I'm sure if I went with another company, they would have charged me double for all of the work that was performed.
I hired Randy to install a complete brand new unit for me. He told me that I have 10 years manufacturing warranty and 2 years free labor if the unit not working properly. He did install it and next day unit not working . When I called him , he went and check it out and he said it needed more freon. Couple months later unit stop working, when i called him he said I have to pay him . I dont like leaving bad reviews for contractors cause im a contractor myself but people should aware of contractors like him. Cause it doesnt make sense to hire someone to install a complete AC system then a few months already dealing with that.
Available quickly and offered solutions to my heating problem.
Randy was an amazing HVAC technician. He called me right away and showed up promptly within the hour. He repaired a water leak in my HVAC unit and also installed a flow valve so the issue doesn't happen again. I'm definitely going to keep his number for help in the future.
excellent
Randy came to my house and did whatever it took to get the job done. Things got complex and several parts later AC worked. Thank you!
Randy's performers was stellar. He came early in the morning told me exactly what the problem was and immediately went to get supplies to do the work. He charged very reasonable prices and worked at the job all day. We had an HVAC flooding issue that flooded the ceiling below and our living room. He installed a condensate pump, new drain lines and inserted the new drain lines inside of rigid PVC on the exterior to exhaust the water. I'm very pleased with the job and I would recommend him to anyone.
Do Not Hire.. Rude/ arrogant and will call u names if you don't hire them or accept thier under-cut. I wouldn't let people who think or behave this way into my home even, Scarry!
Unfortunately while his prices were better than his competitors The reliability just didn’t make the cut ultimately they decided to go with a different technician that they can hold accountable for scheduling confirmations and promptness if you can’t be on time to get a quote how can we trust that you’re going to meet the timeframe that we’re looking to get things done.. after speaking with him the day before I immediately text him with the time and date the day of he seem to have gotten things mixed up after stating he was on his way he arrived a little after the time he provided.. which again really sucks because his price wasn’t bad but we have to have reliability and knowing that time is of the essence when money is being spent.
