We've had Copper Bottom for a few months now, and so far everything has been great. Friendly, efficient, highly competent, and helped us out of a bit of a crisis during the first few weeks on the job.

Very responsive, gets things done, great contract!
Very personable and experienced.
Copper Property Management is a great company to work with. They are very professional who gives you honest feedback and suggestions about your property and tenants. Their price and service is also fantastic.
I've been working with Nick for about 2 months now. We've had a very rough winter, and he has been on point! He's extremely responsive, punctual with repairs and payment, and makes sure I'm involved and updated on everything happening with my property. I highly recommend Copper Bottom Property Management services.
