We had some cracks on our parking surface and on the garage walls. Total around 15 spots. Colm was able to pinpoint that we can fix this without breaking the bank. He was able to give us an estimated completion around 5 to 7 working days. He also made sure that residents were able to go to work by working a good schedule with us. Everybody was happy with his crews' professional attitude and they were prompt. They also kept the work area clean. In the end, the board and our property manager agreed that it was a pleasant experience.

Dealt with Colm who was on point from beginning to end of project. I had an uplifted concrete from city tree that needed to fix for Insurnace. It was not ideal for extra cold weather. However, he came thru before the deadline. Work was well detailed. Thank you.

Colm came and gave us an estimate on our storage space under our stairs in our brownstone. He was wonderful. He unfortunately couldn't do all the work because it was very complicated and we didn't have the time. He explained everything to us and we learned a lot from him about our 1899 storage space for coal. There was actually a coal shoot there! I highly recommend him.
