About Core Four Renovations
Hi, I'm Seth Moan, owner of Core Four Renovations — a licensed, insured, and background-checked general contracting company serving Charlotte and the surrounding area. We're a full-service renovation company. That means we handle everything from roofing and siding to full kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, decks, additions, and whole-home transformations — for both residential and commercial properties. We pull all required permits, keep a clean job site, and you'll have direct access to me personally from estimate to completion. Whether you've got a single trade need or a full renovation in mind, reach out — I respond quickly and can usually get you a detailed, honest estimate within 24 hours.
Reviews
Guys were punctual everyday. Excellent quality work. Seth was very flexible in working with us. All around excellent company.
Seth is so nice and so professional! He came out immediately after I contacted him and did a very thorough assessment and provided a reasonable and accurate estimate for the work. They replaced a leaking overhang on my patio, repaired, re-tiled a leaking bench in my shower as well as repaired and repainted the wall that was damaged from it. They said it would take 3 days for the job and it only took 2. The work completed is beautiful and just what I wanted. Seth is very detail oriented and I appreciate that so much.
Before and after. Great job and highly responsive. Definitely recommend for your home repair
