Let me tell yall my testimony..I was running out of hope (and money) and was about to send this oversized couch back! Corey’s team came out in a timely fashion and said we WILL get this couch into your apartment. They tried every method to try to save me money . Took off door hinges and railings and using creative techniques to get the couch in. They exhausted every option. When they determined those ways weren’t possible they hoisted my couch into my window with no problems! It was well worth the price. They made my day! If you wavering between them and someone else pick CMS! Trust. It’s worth the price .

I had a very disappointing experience with Corey Moving Services LLC. We agreed on a price in advance, but just one hour before the scheduled move, I received a call saying there would be an additional “1-hour travel/truck fee.” This extra charge was never mentioned in any of our previous conversations. When I pointed this out, Corey claimed it was an “industry standard.” That’s simply not true. Before booking, I had spoken with 7–8 other local moving companies, and none of them had such a hidden fee. Every other company clearly stated that their pricing was based only on the number of movers and the time spent — no surprise charges. When I called him out on the lack of transparency, he tried to justify it by saying other companies “just add it to the bill anyway” — which is exactly the kind of shady practice customers want to avoid. To be fair, he later offered to “discount” the total to $500 for the miscommunication, but by then I had already lost trust in the company. Hidden fees, poor communication, and gaslighting customers by calling undisclosed charges an “industry standard” is unacceptable. I ended up canceling the service — I just couldn’t trust a company that wasn’t upfront from the beginning. If you value honest and upfront pricing, I recommend looking elsewhere.
I needed help fast to pick up a Facebook marketplace find I couldn’t lift myself, Corey came thru and within two hours my new dresser was up the stairs in my apartment, super fast, super professional. Will call back!
