Fernando was working nearby and came over right away. The entire soffit needed replaced and he checked color matches for the materials. He went above and beyond, checking other areas of the roof, cleaning out debris the critters had left behind, and putting up bird spikes to deter entry again. He was personable, skilled, communicated well, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Cortez Roofing for any needed repairs!

Denis did good work and was very nice.
Never followed up with my request for a quote
We have nothing negative to say about Cortez Roofing. They stayed in touch with us through the whole process and did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be done and repaired (including pictures). Our thanks for a job well done.
The company communicated very well and kept in contact with me. I will see the final work next week. I do not live in Nebraska. I was impressed by their persistence and professionalism. Thank you Cortez Roofing!
We ended up going with a different professional due to the changes in our project scope, but did find Cortez Roofing to be very responsive, professional and reasonably priced for the project their gave us an estimate for.
Fernando and Edwin were the absolute best. They created some custom corner guards for my discontinued siding and replaced some shutters for me! I was so happy with the results!
Explained what they would do. Showed up on time. Communicated well. Estimate was fair. Came in at estimate price. Great quality work. Friendly
They did an awesome job! Super quick. They had everything completed the same day I contacted them.
