I reached out to Costa Flooring about a potential project and initially received a response asking for my location. After I replied, I did not hear back again despite following up. I understand that contractors are busy and not every job is a good fit, but I would have appreciated a quick response letting me know either way. Unfortunately I never received one, so I ended up looking elsewhere. UPDATE: I appreciate the owner taking the time to respond and clarify that my request was outside the scope of their flooring services. To clarify, my review was not about the quality of any completed work, but about the communication during the inquiry process. After I responded to their initial question and followed up, I did not receive a reply until after the review was posted. For additional context, the countertops in question are hardwood and finished with flooring products, which is why I initially reached out to a flooring contractor. I understand that it may still fall outside their typical scope, but a brief message at the time indicating that would have been helpful. That said, I do appreciate the follow-up and explanation provided afterward, and I wish them the best.

Vini and Bruno were such a joy to work with. They’re incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about what they do. We hired them to refinish our 1940s hardwood floors, and the results turned out even better than we ever expected. We honestly had no idea the floors could look this good. We ended up leaving the wood in its natural color based on their recommendation, and I’m so glad we trusted their advice. The rooms feel brighter and bigger now, and the finish feels amazing to walk on barefoot. They were also very thoughtful about the prep work and took extra care to minimize dust and disruption in the rest of the house, which we really appreciated since we were staying here during the project. When everything was done, they cleaned up thoroughly and helped move everything back into place. We’re so happy with how everything turned out. Thank you Vini, Bruno, and the Costa Flooring team!
Excellent!!!
Set up an estimate and he never showed up or called.
Vinny did an excellent job in refinishing our hardwood floor. He was very professional and was able to finish the floor within a week The floor looks great!!
Wow!!! Vini did an amazing job on our hardwood floor repair! It was a challenging job, and he made it look like new . We will definitely call him the next time we need flooring help!
After some home remodeling, a section of flooring needed to be replaced. Vini was responsive, professional and answered all of my questions securing him as my go to for my next pending bathroom remodel. The work was done meticulously and the clean up made it seem as though he was never there. So happy with the quality of work. Thank you!!
Can’t say enough good things! So accommodating, so helpful! Vinny went above and beyond to help measure when we realized I needed more flooring, repaired and unexpected staircase nose, and was flexible with my project from the start! Would absolutely hire him again.
Amazing job!! Would recommend to all family and friends.
Vinny arrived and promptly worked on repairing our son’s floor. He finished quickly and charged a very fair price. Very friendly and professional while completing the job. Would highly recommend and plan to use him again in the future.
