Reviews
Did not speak one word of English so I was unable to get done what I needed.
After reviewing several services I chose Couch Care considering cost and quality. There was confusion regarding my address resulting in a minor delay of no importance. Edward was polite and efficient - giving extra attention to a particularly soiled chair. The three chairs he cleaned all look very good. I’m pleased.
excellent experience. pro responded quickly with clear questions and gave clear quote. he arrived on time and finished on time. everything looks great and I would definitely hire him again.
Eduard with CouchCarePDX was very responsive, professional, and offered a great value for the service. He was very flexible with my schedule and showed up on time! I would definitely use them again if the need ever arises!
He did a great job. I was mostly getting them cleaned for pet urine odor and he got the bad smell smells out! He also got the stains out of my couch that I never thought would be able to be removed!
Eduard was available within an hour of my message. He was very professional and did a great job with my mattress. I highly recommend his services.
Originally tried to book through a different company but was not successful. Found Eduard online and he responded within minutes and set an appointment for the following day. Our stains have been on our couch for about a year now from kids spilling things. Eduard was on time and got to work quickly. To say i am impressed is an understatement. It seems like we have a new couch. Cannot recommend enough!
We have 2 large dogs and a toddler which has taken a toll on our couch. The service was very thorough and our couch smells and looks amazing now. I am so happy with the results.
He responded to my message right away and was able to get me scheduled the next morning to clean my rug. Professional service and completed a good job. Nice guy and would recommend.

My couch looks brand new- highly recommend
Edward was amazing. He was very quick to respond and came to my house the next day. He did a fabulous job and was, by far, the most thorough rug cleaner I’ve ever had here. I will hire him again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend him.
I’m so happy with how my living room and dining room rugs look after being cleaned ! The whole process was easy and affordable! Eduard was a pleasure to work with. Will be contacting him for some other projects; highly recommended!
Eduard was OUTSTANDING. My rug was cleaned to perfection with great attention to detail. He responded to me in a matter of minutes and arrived on time the next day. He will be my go to for upholstery and rugs every time!!
The carpet cleaning was done extremely well — everything looks fresh and spotless. They arrived on time and were professional throughout the entire process
Had wonderful experience.
I was so happy with the work from Edward. He was professional, punctual, and did an amazing job. We were considering buying a new couch, instead we decided to have it professionally cleaning. It looks great. Good as new. Great value for all of the work he did. I would 100% recommend him.
Eduard was excellent - he thoroughly and meticulously cleaned my large sofa and got out the puppy accident stains - it looks brand new! He was professional and very detailed, even wearing shoe covers in the apartment. I highly recommend him!
Edward responded quickly and provided affordable quotes and rates for large area rugs and carpet stairs. We have a daycare business and own dogs so these rugs were in dire need of a good deep clean. Edward was very thorough with his work and we are very pleased with his work! Our area rugs and stairs look amazing and brand new again!! We will absolutely be a regular client of his.
